Your statement will say Paddle.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for every Layup subscription. Paddle takes the payment, charges the right sales tax or VAT for your country, and issues the invoice.
That means the charge on your card or bank statement shows Paddle, not Layup. Invoices are downloadable at any time, and you can add a company name and VAT number to them at checkout or afterwards.
Card details never reach us. Refunds are requested from us and paid out by Paddle.

Over 100 people
Above a hundred people the price is $10 per person per month, or $100 per person per year. Nothing else changes: same lessons, same dashboard, same report. Procurement can be invoiced and paid by bank transfer instead of by card.
